Five Star Nannies, LLC pledges to you that we will use every
effort to supply you with the greatest number
of candidates as possible, based on the needs and the qualifications
that you have indicated in this application.
Five Star Nannies pledges to attempt a meeting with you in
your home at the beginning of your nanny search.
On candidates that you indicate serious interest in, references
and background information will be supplied to you.
Five Star Nannies offers a 30-day guarantee period. We will
assist in any problems that occur only if asked to do so.
It is the family's responsibility to keep us informed of any
problems during this 30-day period. If the family and
the nanny agree to separate during the first 30 days, we will
continue to search for you at no additional fee, providing
the family has notified Five Star Nannies during the 30-day
guarantee period.
